Refund policy
At Habit, we are committed to delivering the highest quality groceries to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow strict guidelines regarding returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure the safety and quality of every item we ship.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns on any of our products. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, safety and due to perishability of our food items delivered to our customers.
2. Replacements & Refunds
We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
A. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- The item received is not what you ordered, or
- The item is at least 80% damaged or defective upon arrival.
B. Time Limit
- You must contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible. Requests received after this period will not be processed.
C. Eligibility
- Replacement/refund requests will only be accepted for products purchased directly from www.habitbrand.com.
- “Change of mind,” “taste preference,” or minor cosmetic imperfections in packaging will not qualify.
D. Required Information
To initiate a replacement or refund, please provide:
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- Order number and contact details
E. Processing
- Once approved, replacements will be shipped or refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- All claims are subject to verification, and Habit reserves the right to make the final decision.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer care team.
- After the 1-hour window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
