We deliver all over India. To confirm if we deliver to your specific location, please enter your pin code during checkout.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. You are welcome to place an order for any item you like, no matter the quantity.

How can I track my order? 

You can track your order in real-time through the "My Orders" section of our website or app. We will also send you updates via SMS or email.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for all food items delivered.

Can I request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item?

We only replace items if they are incorrect or found to be at least 80% damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item meets this condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to initiate the replacement process.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or my order is incomplete?

If you've received the wrong item or your order is missing something, please contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team within 1 hour of placing the order. If we do not receive a cancellation request within this timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
